VISOL’s unveiling of ‘Visket.ai,’ a 3D data marketplace designed for the Physical AI era, was featured in AI Post Korea.

Visket.ai is a data platform where users can trade and utilize 3D assets and synthetic data for AI training. Based on its own motion capture studio and Markerless Motion AI technology, VISOL converts real human movements into precise 3D data and provides them in dataset formats that can be used for AI training.

By transforming expert movements and know-how from various industries — including manufacturing, industrial safety, sports, robotics, logistics, defense, rehabilitation, and healthcare — into AI training assets, VISOL is expected to contribute to the expansion of the Physical AI ecosystem.

VISOL Privacy Policy

VISOL (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') processes personal information lawfully and manages it securely in compliance with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and related laws. Accordingly, pursuant to Article 30 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, the Company establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to inform data subjects of the procedures and standards for processing personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Personal Information Items Processed, Purpose and Methods of Processing)
1. The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」.
  1. Inquiries
    - Required items: Name, Email, Phone number, Company name, Job title
    
    - Purpose of processing: Collection of basic information for responding to inquiries and suggestions
  2. The following cookie information may be automatically generated and collected during the use of website services.
    - Items collected: User activity logs, Information based on user's IP address
    
    - Purpose of processing: Prevention of hacking, misuse, and unauthorized access
2. The Company collects users' personal information through the following methods.
  
  - Collection through website, fax, telephone, and email
3. Users have the right to refuse consent to the collection of required information and have the right to refuse consent to the collection of optional information beyond required information. If consent is not given, services provided on the website may be limited.
Article 2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and use period prescribed by law or the retention and use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from data subjects.
The processing and retention periods for each type of personal information are as follows.
1. Inquiries
  - Processing and retention period: Retained for 3 years from the date of personal information input
  
  - Reason for retention: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
However, in the following cases, until the end of the relevant reason:
1. If an investigation or inquiry is in progress due to a violation of related laws, until the end of such investigation or inquiry
2. If credit/debt relations remain from the use of the website, until the settlement of such credit/debt relations
Article 3. Matters Regarding Entrustment of Information Processing

The Company entrusts personal information as follows to improve services, and stipulates necessary matters (prohibition of processing personal information beyond the purpose of entrusted work, technical and administrative protective measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of trustees, matters regarding liability for damages, etc.) in accordance with related laws to ensure that personal information is managed safely during entrustment contracts. The Company will disclose any changes to the content of entrusted work or trustees through this privacy policy without delay.

- Personal information retention and use period: Retained until request for destruction or expiration of validity period
Article 4. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise
1. Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding personal information protection against the Company at any time.
  1. Request to access personal information
  2. Request for correction in case of errors, etc.
  3. Request for deletion
  4. Request to stop processing
2. The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 may be made to the Company in writing, by telephone, email, or fax, and the Company will take action without delay.
3. If a data subject requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
4. The Company verifies that the person who made a request under Paragraph 1 pursuant to data subject rights is the person themselves or a legitimate representative. The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 may be made through a legal representative of the data subject or an authorized agent. In this case, a power of attorney in the form specified in Appendix No. 11 of the Public Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods must be submitted.
5. Data subjects must not infringe upon their own or others' personal information and privacy that the Company processes in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws.
Article 5. Destruction of Personal Information
1. The Company destroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.
2. If personal information must continue to be retained pursuant to other laws despite the expiration of the retention period agreed upon by the data subject or the achievement of the processing purpose, the relevant personal information will be moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location for retention.
3. The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.
  1. Destruction Procedure
    The Company selects personal information for which reasons for destruction have arisen and destroys the personal information with the approval of the Company's Personal Information Protection Officer.
  2. Destruction Method
    The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format using methods such as Low Level Format that make the records unrecoverable, and destroys personal information recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or incinerating them.
Article 6. (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
1. Administrative Measures
  Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
2. Technical Measures
  Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security programs
3. Physical Measures
  Access control for computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.
Article 7. (Matters Regarding Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)
1. The Company uses 'cookies' that store and retrieve usage information to provide individualized customized services to users.
2. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by a server (http) used to operate a website to the user's computer browser, and may also be stored on the hard disk within the user's PC.
  1. Purpose of Cookie Use
    Cookies are used to provide optimized information to users by analyzing visit and usage patterns for each service and website visited, popular search terms, secure access status, etc.
  2. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Cookies
    You can refuse cookie storage through the option settings in the Tools > Internet Options > Privacy menu at the top of your web browser.
  3. Refusing cookie storage may cause difficulties in using customized services.

1. The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing by data subjects.

2. Data subjects may direct all inquiries, complaints, and remedies related to personal information protection arising from the use of the Company's services (or business) to the Personal Information Protection Officer and the responsible department. The Company will respond to and process data subjects' inquiries without delay.
Article 9. (Request for Access to Personal Information)

Data subjects may request access to personal information pursuant to Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act at the department below. The Company will endeavor to promptly process data subjects' requests for access to personal information.
